Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2013-2014)

Between July 2013 and May 2014 I worked on The Force Awakens in the Art Department as the concept model maker working on vehicles and then in Costume FX as a costume prop maker working mainly on droids. Crashed Special Forces TIE Fighter Art Department model (1/24)

This was a very quick project made from a converted Hasbro TIE fighter toy, detailed with kit parts and koolshade.

Hand-made in chemiwood and styrene. Detailed with kit parts.

ME-8D9 droid costume for Costume FX Department

The patterns for this were hand sculpted in polyurethane foam. These were then vac-formed and detailed with found parts.
